Shamrock Seminar @ El Niño Sports 2NITE!!!

Frank Shamrock is in the house tonight @7:30PM for an MMA seminar at El Niño Sports(DIRECTIONS HERE). “I want to bring awareness of what MMA is in San Francisco, and what better way to show what it is in this city than to bring in Frank Shamrock,” stated Melendez. “He’s one of the first real mixed martial artists who was an all-around fighter.
