With a little help from FDM, the Skrap Pack team from El Nino Sports made a hugely successful debut at Winter Warriors this past Saturday night. It was the latest in a great series of MMA events put on by the Blue Lake Casino in Northern California. Three of the boys entered the cage this time around, and all three walked out with Dubyas. Beau Bunch and John Clopton both took dominating unanimous decision victories. Bobby "The Bear" Taylor took submission of the night with a very nasty arm bar at the end of the first round.
Three victories was a sweet way to launch the new fight team out of El Nino Sports. El Nino Sports was launched by Gilbert Melendez in late 2008, and is quickly becoming one of the best camps in the San Francisco Bay Area.
